Unless otherwise stated in the individual product description:

- Material: 100% cotton
- Cushion insert not included
- Care: Machine washable according to the product care instructions
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, photographs and colours. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.
All products are covered by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees of acceptable quality and matching their descriptions.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment processing.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed in accordance with Australian law before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Cozy & Collected currently delivers within Australia only.
Our shipping rates are:
- Standard shipping: $14 per order
- Free standard shipping on orders of $150 AUD or more
Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the delivery provider.
If your order is delayed, lost, damaged or does not arrive, please contact hello@cozyandcollected.com.au so we can investigate and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
